My Bio

Hi mt name Is Robin Eisenberg,

Im originally from NY Long Island Merrick then we lost my mom and weve become residents of Boynton Beach Fl

Beading for me has been a life long passion for me every delica has a meaning and in their meanings comes amazing tapestry work

My traveling all over always had my loom and beads in tow

When i lost my mom My whole beading world took an amazing turn for the better

I knew that i needed to honor her memory and in January of 2012 after my best friend passed in my arms i knew id turn to my loom beading to console my hurt and my pain

it came to me that why not take this beautiful cross stitch pattern which by the way ive only used cross stitch patterns and have found that they work perfect using 11-0 beads

well this particular day i saw this flawless beautiful cross stitch pattern by fellow artist Joan Elliot of a beautiful peacock and it just was meant to be        from that day on i set a goal  that i would take this pattern convert all the DMC colors into Delica color beads which took me awhile to choose it consisted of 21 colors it was my first piece every done and let me tell you what an amazing journey

On a cruise ship in Januart i had my large loom by amazing online creator Lee Bevins he has amazing looms tell him Robin sent you for every size needed i have his largest ones for my tapestry pieces and i love them hes a doll go to www.beadandbeadlooms.com

with my back pack filled with all my beading googies i set up with this beautiful ship water view and but on my well known head phones listening to Michael Buble and was in my own zone

from that day on anytime I sat to loom i became this woman who was dedication a peacock to her mom from a daughters love to her late mother

hundreds of people on the cruise were standing for hours watching me work and it continued now working in 2 panera bread cafes

both in Boynton beach you can always find me in there working they love having me there and the following thats whats made moms jounrey and her peacock so special

On her birthday without her it was completed took me 10 months and over 23,550 beads and with a plaque attached to it we hung it in a small dinner ceremony and there just was this amazing sense of peace for me and accomplishment

Since then the story leaked out and one of the largest local Papers Palm Beach Post did a whole page story on the woman from Bonyton Beach who was doing a pain staking beaded tapestry in memory of her late mom then the beading magazine also did a story on Mothers Peacock too

Now this December Bead & Button Magazine is doing the story in their magazine too its been so exciting and Now my latest largest piece using 80 yes 80 color delica beads is a work in progress called the Tiffany Windows the Wooden Landscape
