My name is Cindy. I am the mother of 5 boys. I live in Kentucky on a small farm and work in the health care field. My favorite animal is cats, and I have about 30 of them. I love anything to do with fantasy, fairies, unicorns, wizards, ect ..... and I love flowers, butterflies and birds. I have been beading since I was a teenager but only rediscovered my love(obsession) for it about 10 years ago.
My favorite materials to use is gemstones, glass, pearls, and my favorite metal is copper although I use mostly, sterling silver. I am not picky about colors, I've been draw to brighter colors this year........ yellows, reds and bright blues. I love colors. I wear mostly jeans and I haven't found a color yet that doesn't work with jeans. Although if your stumped for a color, I don't have any jewelry in pink. I don't wear earrings but I like making them. Bracelets (7-7 1/2") are my favorite to wear, and I like my necklaces about 18" to 20 " long.
I have been trying to get into working with seed beads and delicas again, since I have hundreds of different colors of them. I have a picture of my youngest son that I plan on making in beads on a loom. It has so many colors that it is taking me years to collect all the colors I need. Actually it will be in delicas. I have been gathering materials for about six years now.
