Steps 2 and 3 should read:

2 ] Cut the small chain into fifteen 1″ pieces.

3 ] Use one 6mm unsoldered jump ring to attach one 3mm jump ring to the bottom of 1 small triangle. Use one 3mm jump ring to attach one end of one 1″ piece of chain to the previous jump ring; repeat four times. Use 1 head pin to string 1 crystal bicone and form a wrapped loop that attaches to 1 chain link on one 1″ piece of chain; repeat three times, varying the placement of the crystal bicone on each chain. Repeat entire step twice to add chain-and-crystal dangles to the remaining 2 triangles.
