Haven't had much time to devote to beading in the evenings this week, but I've managed to finish off some projects that have been hanging about. Pink and Black Kumihimo This was supposed to be a bracelet, but was too long, but not long enough for a necklace. So I've put it on chains. I think it needs something more substantial - probably

Sheryl: You don't say how much you're charging for the class - so I wonder if your prospective students were thinking you'd teach for free. One suggestion I'd like to make is not make up kits. If you're teaching a specific project with specific bead requirements, just make sure you have the beads in stock on the day of the class

WE usually cook about a 25 pound turkey.
That is the size I strive for. It allows for multiple servings along with LEFTOVERS! We host Christmas for my husbands family (ends up being around 18 folks) and I try to get a 25 lb bird. I love turkey and eat, eat, eat and then am glad

Deb - I can empathize with you...you're a retailer and need to be in your store right upto and right after Thanksgiving Day. Lita

Does anyone know what the stich in for this bracelent? http://www.fusionbeads.com/shop/product/46469/ I don't want to buy the kit (I've already got the right beads) just to get the instructions. Thanks, Lita

Melinda: I'd be delighted to share my Cranberry relish - it's a semi-homemade thing, because I use the canned stuff as a base. I've made cranberry relish from scratch, and it tasted the same as the Ocean Spray canned, and it only needed close to 3 lbs of sugar to make it palatable! Here goes: 1 can each of Jellied and Whole Cranberry Sauce

I've been sort of lazy this past year. I kept it very low key for Passover and Rosh Hashona, with the promise of pulling out the stops for Thanksgiving. It's not that I don't like to cook, but doing it up means taking off time from work, and when it's only my Dad and I, I have little desire to get fussy. While only one of my sisters

I love the cellini spiral bracelet, it's my favorite weave and the colors are very cool. The black and red combo, which I normally don't like, is nicely done - the core of red gives it a vamp/goth look, but it also can be worn as a serious piece of jewelry. Where did you get the all black findings? Lita
