Square, your designs all look fresh and clean to me - like an ocean breeze. Does that help a little?

Sari, you need to rent of couple of kids. Mine interrupt me so much that I can barely finish anything! Seriously, you may want to buy a good office chair that you can adjust to suit the height of your work surface. Laura, beading on an exercise ball? You rock! I'm such a klutz that everything would end up in the middle of the floor.

Hi, Eve. I've bought both from Fire Mountain Gems and Beads. Their quality is excellent. Happy hunting!

I bought a beautiful (yes, only one ) agate slice at a science museum. I returned only to find that they "didn't have anymore." The clerk had no idea where they had come from. I found a few at Fire Mountain, but they aren't the same. This one is 2cm wide and came with a small loop at the top. I've plugged everything I could think

Thanks for asking this question, Hope. I've been pretty steamed at Michaels for discontinuing their stock. I thought they discontinued the line due to lead content, but perhaps I am misremembering.

I'm Perry a mom to 2, a part-time pre-school teacher, and a rabid beader on the side. I'm relatively new to beading (2 years, I think). I ran out of room in my garden and turned to beading one winter in order to de-stress. Needless to say, I'm hooked. Before I had kids I tested seeds (from plants) for a living, so it's no surprise that
