I overdid it this weekend making wrapped loops for hours....I know better but didn't stop when I felt the pain start and 2 days later I'm still paying for it. This did remind me though, I have a hot wax dipper that is marvelous for sore, tired, aching hands (and feet). I'm breaking it out to use.
