I have just downloaded the 5 free peyote patterns offered by beading daily. If you're a member you will have received the offer too. A good place to start. If you are a beginner beadweaver you will need a beading needle, beading thread some seedies, pattern, scissors and some patience....best to master one pattern at a time.

Awhile since I played with photo bucket...but from memory you go to 'create album' give the album a name then you select and move whatever pictures you want ino that album. Then you can create another album....until you have your pictures where you want them..and I think (but dont quote me)that while you are in 'create' you select whether

Have just recently borrowed from the library a book called "Creative Bead Weaving" by Carol Wilcox Wells, several chapters on the various stitches BUT chapter 7 is called Combining Stitches. Very clear diagrams and simple to read and follow instructions and suggestions for 'finangling'. Very much a technique book but beautifully illustrated

There is a craft show on this week where there will be many suppliers of beading components so I will go armed with your valuable suggestions and see what I can find. Not quite sure as to the monetary value of the pearls on the bracelet but the sentimental value of the piece is

I have a lovely 2 strand pearl bracelet that I wish to restring as the clasp has pulled off. The stringing material that the pearls are on looks like a soft string!!!(it is quite old) So what do you think I should use. I have thought of softflex for its strength but I'm not sure that the bracelet would 'sit' right. I will appreciate any

I have quite a collection of pdf's saved myself and yes trying to find that particular pattern can be an interesting hunt. I tend to get sidetracked...but at least pdfs dont clutter the bookcase, table and floor....well not 'til they get printed anyway
