  • Re: Need to vent.

Jen, bless your heart, what a mess! It's just unforgiveable for that judge to have treated you so shabbily! I don't remember who said it, but they were right about karma -- it's very true that what goes around comes around! I sure hope you're able to switch judges!!! Hang in there, I'll keep you in my prayers, hoping for sunnier

  • Re: To Everyone - Friends/Prayer Bracelet

Hi, Marie, welcome to the forum!!! Your suggestion is a really good one. So often one or more of us need special prayers; it would help me a lot to have a tangible reminder of those for whom I need to pray each day. I wonder if there is some way we could (1) label our bead as our own (so that when Cat needs prayers, for example, I could easily identify

  • Re: Need prayers in AZ, please?

Deb, how are Becky and Lorelei doing? All healthy by now, I hope. H1N1 isn't much fun. Turns out we're pretty sure I had it last/this week myself. On day 2 I called the clinic and talked with a nurse, and she told me that H1N1 cases almost always have a cough, which I didn't have. I was finally able to get back in the shop yesterday, and

  • Re: Still Around

Wow, Cathy, bless your heart, I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's grandmother's passing. Death is never easy, no matter the age or health of the person who dies. I'm not surprised to hear that it's been especially hard on your DH since he was so close to her. Gotta tell you, one of the hardest days I've ever had to get

  • Re: A brand new knee

Pam, Lordy, don't you just HATE migraines? And that's the LAST thing you needed right now -- more pain. I feel for you, sister! I hope Billy's acupuncture session was helpful. With pain, even a little relief is a good thing, ya know? It's great that he and his family have been able to help you out. You know you'd do it for him in
