Coral Agate and Pearl Mixed Media Necklace

This necklace is my response to the November Art Bead Scene November challenge. I made the polymer clay pendant and embellished it with a copper plated tree from Ezel Findings. Then I strung the necklace on a rope of gorgeous coral agate beads with gold pearls and a handful of olivine swarovski crystals. The pendant is attached to the necklace with sari silk ribbon.

About Kim

I took my first beading class, a simple stringing and wirework class, about six years ago and was immediately hooked. In fact, I was so hooked on beading that I decided to start making my own beads. I've been working with polymer clay for a little over two years and love the medium because of its versatility. My polymer work also allows me to indulge my passion for antique and vintage buttons. I have more fun than I can say hunting down these small treasures. You can find my work on etsy at http://www.singingcatstudio.com

Happy beading!
