That is fab, what is the name of the cut or shape?  Very fine wirework, what guage wire did you use for the spirals?

Hi Andy! The cut is called a 'pendulum'. The spiral bead is made of 18ga, and the coiled spirals had 22ga core wires.

This is really pretty. I have a few Amethyst scrying pendants like this and have been unable to come up with a way to incorporate them into a jewelry piece. I never even thought of doing a wire wrap. Great idea!
