The PDF files from Beads, Baubles, etc., are created in a version of Adobe Acrobat that enables the creater of the file to add security to the documents. The files cannot be altered, pages deleted, etc. If you don't have this version on your computer, you can download it for free through Beads, Baubles site or at the Adobe site directly.
