Technique: Peyote Stitch

Leslie applied a paper folding technique to a long strip of two-drop peyote and created a dimensional piece of beaded architecture. This project is featured on the Beads, Baubles, and Jewels TV show, Series 800. You must register on the TV show website to download this free project. Register now.

After you register on the TV website, click on the "Projects" page and then the link titled "How can I use peyote stitch in a new way? Origami Bracelet (807-1)."

It looks like it is very difficult.  But most beading looks that way until you relax and get to beading.  Jean

when i register for this ,it takes me there ,i have adobe but when i go to download it it does not download is there a easier way to get this pattern  ..thank-you

I am unable to print free projects because of bandwith limit on sight--what does that mean?  I want to download oragami bracelet and others--help!!!!1

Downloaded without problems for me. You need to have the proper version of Adobe they recommend and a lot of patience, as the download takes a long time. Be sure you watch the download counter at the bottom of your screen...the screen itself will remain blank until the download's complete! There doesn't seem to be much difficulty to this...the fold is simple but you might want to try folding a strip of paper first to get the hang of it; play with a straw wrapper...that's what Leslie did! Her instructions and diagrams are clear. Have fun!

for some reason I am unable to pass the logging in area' I am a registered member for beading daily but can`t get through to download the pattern!

I have tried to register about 5 or 6 times this morning for the TV website so I can download this pattern with no success. It says my email is already in use and then when I go back to login, it says I am not valild. What is the problem. Thank you. So far this is the only free pattern I am interested in and I cannot seem to get at it. Help JoAnn

Beware ! When watching beadbaublesandjewels I wanted to make the Origami Bracelet. Leslie the designer said it was made with size 6 seed beads. I made a 29" long chain with size 6. It didn't look right. When I was reading over the printed out directions they said size 8 seed beads. The size 8 beads look better. I have e-mailed them with the question 6 or 8 ? ~ Thought this would help you, Iris

Why list a pattern as being free on your site, then make a person have to register on yet another website in order to get this "FREE?" pattern??? I hate registering on multiple websites, so I guess I'll not bother with these patterns.
