When my five-year-old saw my first attempts at these beaded beads, she decided we should use them to create the Solar System. The two of us spent an enjoyable afternoon researching the planets and another day picking out beads.
We included Jupiter's red spot and, at my daughter's insistence, the Earth's north pole (Santa needs a home). Cindy's "Dewdrop Beaded Bead" is a wonderful Saturn. The sun clasp seemed a perfect finish.
The beaded beads are separated by red tiger eye and lampwork beads by Donna Millard. I love how Donna's beads bring the beaded beads together.
The name refers to the mnemonic "my very eager mother just served us nine pickles." My daughter thought this was hilarious. :)
