The Beaded Bead Contest is my first contest entry on becoming an empty nester. Using tones of grey/silver, gold and red I made a total of 7 beads for a very elegant and sophisticated necklace.
The piece is absolutley unique and beautful!
Love the clasp construction - but of course, the beaded beads are awesome too!
Are the loops connecting the beaded beads reinforced with wire?

Thank you for the compliments. Dixon Chick, the beads aren't reinforced with wire. I debated, but double thread worked well with the weight. The clasp has snaps so that it is easy to put on and take off while keeping everything straight (a problem I seem to have). I used the wildness of the peyote snap strap to hold the eight of the necklace, but still be very comfortable to wear.
