This is a Based on a Mississippian Era
Pendant found in the Ancient Temple Mounds of Sauratown, North Carolina.
The picture of the original is included. Only a Person of Great
Importance would have owned such a piece and it was believed to have
great powers it bestowed on the Person who wore it. The symbols of the
Bird Head and Snake Head combined were to identify the Tribal
Affiliation and Status of the wearer.
The Pendant Measures 2.25"
or 55mm is 18" long including the Copper Toggle Clasp. The conch Shell
Beads Average 20mm, The Baroque Pearls 12-15mm and the MOP Stick beads
are 20mm long.
This Necklace is made from Conch Shells Hand
Collected by my Husband and Myself, my Husband cuts the Pendant and
Beads from the Heart of the Conch Shell, He then Carves, Shapes and Hand
Polishes them to Perfection. I then use my skills to Match the Beads,

Natural Materials and Built to Last Generations.
