This is a bonus PROJECT (as in one project). Magazine cover most definitely refers to bonus PROJECTS (as in more than one). Very disappointing
Where are the projects? - plural? In the English language it means more than one. Been very disappointed over the last few months that I ever became a subscriber.
I do like the earrings, but the posts below are correct. Projects means more than 1. Is there a reson why we got 6 booklets with mutiple projects and the last 2 months we only got 1 project?
I subscribed specifically for the Bonus ProjectS, and was disappointed also to have only one in the last two issues. I can look at it this way, i also have access to all of the previous Bonus Projects available when i wasn't a subscriber. That sucks for those of you who have subscribed for a long time and already have the past years BP's.
When it's time to renew I may rethink my decision. I prefer to spend my limited $$ on beads!!!, and then on projects in that order.
Am I totaly confused, I was under the impression the news stand issue was the regular magazine and the subscriber issues would have less projects (not as a bounus) but the rest of the projects were to be on line and printed by the subscribers. Now if i am correct those projects should be back in the Magazine as before. If not then we subscribers are being cheated of those projects.

I think you need to go to back to having bonus project(S) - as in more than one......
the opinions all seem to be the same, hopefully you will listen!
I subscribed specifically to get the Bonus Projects. Very disapointed that the last two issues hav only had one project. Originally I thought is was amazing that as a subscriber I got an additional 10 projects....WOW..I wanted to be a part of that. But now I am not sure the money is worth it. When my renewal comes up I will be rethinking my subscription and maybe go back to scubscribing to the other mags instead.
I have always subscribed to Beadwork - looking back most of the earlier isues were thick and contained a lot of projects -
what happened? I do not believe we should have to print so many pages when the magazine on sale has the projects
inside.
I agree with all of the comments here. I love Beadwork magazine due to it being mostly stitched projects rather than strung items. I am a New Zealand subscriber and have so looked forward to receiving my copy every two months. Imagine my disappointment when I grabbed the mag from the letterbox today and found it to be so thin I thought there was a mistake. And then to find only one Bonus Project when we have been promised several each issue. Is everything ok at Beadwork or are there problems?
In case you guys didn't see that comments from the Editor in Chief from the Dec/Jan subscriber bonus page:

Hi Carol,
I wanted to let you know that you are not misinterpreting anything—we are now offering one bonus project per issue, not ten. Let me explain: Last year, we decided to try something new—we created Super Beadwork, a newsstand only magazine that included the exact same content available in regular Beadwork (the Beadwork you receive as a subscriber), plus an extra section of Quick & Easy projects. This magazine sold for $12.99 per issue. Anticipating that our loyal subscribers would wish that they, too, could see the additional content, we decided to offer them complementary access to the content online without any increase in subscription price or without charging an additional fee. When it became clear that market conditions weren’t favorable for a newsstand-only publication like Super Beadwork (you’ve probably heard of Border’s bankruptcy and store closures), we decided to revert back to selling the original version of Beadwork on newsstands, which has the same great mix of projects at the same great price as in years past. Because we are no longer producing Super Beadwork, we no longer have ten additional projects to offer as a complementary gift to our subscribers; instead, we are posting one bonus project as we did in the past. I hope you can understand our situation. Thanks to you and everyone else in this thread for being a loyal Beadwork reader.
Kind regards,

Hello everyone,
I also wanted to follow up with a response to the comment about our cover advertising bonus "projects" (plural). We say that because within this subscriber bonus area, you have access to not only this new project, but also past bonus projects. With all sincerity I can tell you that we did not mean this to be deceiving, but reflective of the fact that there are multiple projects available for free.

Hey all,
While I love being a subscriber to Beadwork and I will continue to keep subscribing, I think we need to be a bit more reasonable with our demands..
I was over the moon when I kept receiving the extra 10 subscriber bonuses and - like everyone else - I was disappointed when I saw that they had gone. However, there aren't very many artists out there who would want to give out their project patterns that they worked hard and long to finish for free, and it was very generous of them to be giving us 10 per magazine. I know they have cut that number down but they are at least still providing us with that service and haven't taken it away completely.
I am happy with this subscriber bonus pattern.. those earrings are adorable! And I am grateful that they are also giving us full access to previous projects too.
Thank you Beadwork!
Emma
Really? One? This is not what I signed up for. I will consider a different beading magazine next time. Very disappointed.
