  • I cannot recall seeing anywhere that you were stopping the Super Beadwork download, the addition to the copy I receive through the post.  
  • Even tho' on every occasion it's taken me at least 20minutes to download the item, as it has never come up straight away.  AND I have had to conitinuously re- enter the code, I've still really enjoyed seeing what other designs you have in store for subscribers and have looked forward to eventually opening it after all the effort involved
  • The single pattern for Dec/Jan isn't what I was expecting after subscribing earlier this year.  
  • I find the lack of clear communication annoying.
  • I'd still like to know why you've changed what you were doing, good communication goes a long way in keeping your customers on board
  •  However, having said that it's still a good magazine. And I shall still enjoy waiting for it to drop on the doormat!

How come I cannot download this?  In addition, according to my October/November magazine there are 10 quick & easy subscriber bonus projects.  Could you please explain to us what has happened to them, as I do not remember seeing anything saying they wouldn't be available for me to download.  I am really interested in the "Princess Pearls" and "This & That" free projects that were offered.  Thank you for looking into this matter.  Elaine
