I made this necklace to match a vest that I made in a costuming class.  The vest was made of a beautiful light-blue fabric with golden embroidered flowers and a gold trim around the vest.  I picked the blue and yellow crystals for the sparkle and the blue cultured pearls to add a touch of classic elegance.  The necklace features agate cabochons that have peyote-stitched bezels.  They were then glued to the filigree components and connected together.  The beaded chain was made with crystals and pearls and simple loops.  I love how this necklace sparkles in the sunlight.  I received many compliments from the students in the class.
