My second embroidered cuff ever. Although the edging was a challenge because of the cut of the cuff and the shape of the beads, it still worked out in the end.
This is truly beautiful and original. Is it on a backing?

Yes, it is backed. I embroidery it onto a piece of stiffy felt, than I back the whole thing with either ultra suede or some form of real leather.
I do all the designing as I go, meaning I have no set order or design in mind when I start out. I put my focal beads down, and from there the beads are the boss, I just follow them.
