Rosette Necklace

Rosette Necklace is like a six-pointed star or a rose with six petals. In the middle is a large Swarovski crystal rivoli. Swarovski tanzanite mounted chatons framed with orange, blue and gold seed beads form the petals. The dazzling pendant hangs from a long chain wire-wrapped with matching beads and pavé beads. Coral Necklace: Version #1

A friend of mine who grew up in Turkey asked me to give new life to strings of coral she had inherited from her mother. The beads are stunning. You can still pick up bits and pieces within that show the natural coral patterns. This version was completely taken apart, so the only thing left is the picture. She decided that she wanted 3 simple long strands. See Coral Necklace: The Inheritance, for the final version she now wears.

In this version, I created a multi-strand necklace that starts at the collar and graduates the 5 strands. I used diamond-shaped, flat connectors to graduate the strands. The color tones I brought are from jewelry I saw all over India; including some coral tube beads I inherited from my mother-in-law who got them in India where she grew up. The neckalce is made from a combination of coral, orange agate, rust-colored jasper coins and carnelian (a very popular Indian stone seen throughout the inlays at the Taj Mahal), gold and gold vermeil.

This one was fun to make, it was again, just an idea that came to me. I originally just planned to make the necklace, and then when it was done, I decided it needed earrings to go with it so I came up with these. Something new and something Blue for Juliette

This is a collection I made for a very dear friend to wear on her wedding day. I imported the Blue Mystic Quartz gemstones from Thailand - they are each approximately 19mm X 26mm x 9mm. I used Sterling Silver and 14K gold filled wire in gauges ranging from 16-22 including round, half-round and square wire for this project. I also incorporated fresh water pearls and Swarovski 4mm crystalsinto the necklace and cocktail ring.
