Problem Downloading Beaded Bead eBook

I received the Beading Daily email advertising the free "Bead Making Instructions for Beaded Beads: How to Make Beads from Beading Daily" ebook. However, I can't download it. I keep getting an Access Denied: You do not have permissions to perform the requested action error. (I tried with both Safari and Firefox. Yes, I'm on a Mac, but I've always been able to get the free ebooks/patterns before.) I went to the Customer Service link to contact them, but all they had was the FAQ.

How do I contact someone in authority who can fix this problem?

I also had the same problem.   I thought it was just me.  I tried using other carriers as well with no results.  Hope this can be resolved.

I could not download from the e-mail either.

But I logged into the forum and downloaded from here with no problems.

I too thought it was just my computer.

I got the same issue, I tried to log out and log back in but still no go.  It really does look interesting.

Me too & I'm NOT on a Mac. Tried it in Firefox and IE, made sure everything was the most up to day. Tried multiple links for it. Something must be wrong with the link is my guess. I can't even get it from the forums. Also, it doesn't even show up when I search for the beaded bead ebook.

Hopefully it will be fixed when everyone returns to the Office on Monday, at least we hope so.

Same problem here.  I'm on a PC.  I've encountered this same error message before, but never posted it before.  I will in future.

Where is this website?  It shows my post time as 5 hours ahead of my actual time.
