STRINGING SUBSCRIPTION PROBLEMS

i subscribed to stringing on sunday but don't know if i am a confirmed subscriber yet.

i have sent several emails to the customer care address with no reply

i wanted to also know which issue will be my bonus issue and when i will receive it and if i can choose which one i want

can anyone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

I can't help you with confirmation of your subscriber status, but I can tell you it takes a while to get your first issue. Like, 4-6 weeks. When I subscribed online with the "bonus issue" option, they sent me the issue previous to the one that was current. (so if summer 2010 is the current issue, they sent me spring 2010 as my first issue, then summer 2010 very soon after.) I got the 2 issues quite close together, then a long wait for the next issue. You will not be able to pick your bonus issue. Your experience may be different than mine, but thats how it worked for me.

they told me the subscription would start from the next issue,so maybe the current one will be the bonus?

thanks a lot again,i was getting really worried.

i am based in India,so it might take even longer to get here.
