Re: Could things possibly get any worse UGH!

     Thanks Shawna and Pam!

I'm hoping things continue to get better too. I've slept so well the last three days, it's been incredible.

Business has even picked back up which is most definitely great but at the same time the little bit of money coming in is now only paying for fuel because we are using so much! The good and bad all at the same time. I feel better though with our receivables back up, just waiting on the checks to come in! I'm not used to bill collectors calling, LOL!

The state is now investigating the worker's comp issue since surgery is being requested. I'll know more about that later. Our managed care organization called me today to just let me know that them, along with our worker's comp management co., and the BWC were all in the loop with things and would keep me updated. They are investigating and he will have to see a state doctor now, not the orthopaedic surgeon he's been seeing himself. Then I guess the state will decide yes or no and we can appeal that decision if we want.

Sydney just had her 8th birthday party and Sam's is approaching on the 30th. Lots of planning but it was fun. Lots of crazy kiddos running around too but Syd was happy and that's all that matters.

I'm having vehicle issues again, which I HATE, but this doesn't seem to be a big problem. It's been overheating so I put a gallon of antifreeze in it yesterday morning. By yesterday afternoon it was overheating again- I realized I have a leak somewhere. My brother checked it out and it seems to be the intake gasket or something. Should be about $50 to fix.

If we can just make it through the end of the year without any more bad happenings we'll be ok.

    It's getting better though.

Good Cat.  I'm breathing a sigh of relief for you.  It's really good to hear your girls are well and happy!!!  It's a good thing that the guy asking for the worker's comp is now dealing with people who can be fair and impartial and I'm really glad business has picked up.  Vehicle problems, yuck, but at least they're not huge.

    Lots of hugs and prayers...

    Pam
