Title says it all really.Where on earth can you buy macrame cord in the UK?I've tried ebay, but all I see on there is very thin stuff (0.9mm) and I'm looking for much thicker - like for making bags and such - probably around 4-6mm.I couldn't find any in my local haberdashers and don't seem to be finding much on the 'net at all.

Good morning!
I did a websearch for "twine for macrame" and found that amazon had twine from the store "Ben Franklin". I went to the BF website and here is a link to several pages of 6mm macrame cord:
http://crafts.benfranklin.com/category/8458223261/1/Macrame-Basketry.htm
So, you can go to Amazon or directly to the store.
The following link is another site I found through the websearch:
http://kwikcrafts.com/crafts/category/Hemp.html
I hope this helps, even though these are not in the UK.
Peace and love,
Diane

Try Texere, Bradford + macrame yarn - suggest you go for the 5 mm recycled cotton. Rings may be obtained from Fred Aldous, Manchester
