I am sorry, but I haven't a sorce for you. I really wish I did because my Great granddaughter just love Tinkerbell. I will be watching this thread to find out if you find one.

Had no luck when I 'googled' for beaded patterns but a thought crossed my mind....cross-stitch patterns are about the size of beads....if you google 'tinkerbell cross-stitch patterns' it will come up with oodles...
or....find a picture of tinkerbell you like and reduce it down to the size of the piece you want to make and then photocopy it onto graph paper....this would give you the bead layout...
Does this help...???

One more thought.....Tinkerbell belongs to Disney....registered/copyright/patent....so be careful about 'like' images of their product....don't want to take on a GIANT like Disney, you would never win....and I would assume a license would be extremely expensive.
This one I feel comes the closest to looking like tinkerbell that I've found
