    Seed Bead Cuff

With all the BEAUTIFUL beadwork and bead weaving I see here I thought of this.  This is not beadwork or weaving.  I did weave seed beads and memory wire.  I had to re-work this so many times to get the right weave pattern, that I lost count.  I had to walk away from it many times to keep from going insane.  This is the first one I made and will be the last!

    Creatively yours, jeannie

That is amazing... I love the gold & blues!

Now I may have to try something similiar with all the memory wire I have.

    Thank you for the inspirationCool

The color choice is great! And what a creative way to use memory wire. I love the little dangles at the ends. Good job!

That is amaizing! I don't think I'd have ever thought of weaving memory wire like this, but it's SO regal looking. I can also imagine it being a royal pain too! Thanks for sharring it! maybe I should try it with spacer bars and a slider clasp.... hmmm now I"m thinking.

This is gorgeous! I also love the color combination, but I understand about the weaving of memory wire. Memory wire & I don't get along very well...LOL!

Congrats on a gorgeous piece though!

Jeannie....that's nothing short of drop dead beautiful!  What an amazing piece of work!  What gorgeous colors...it looks Egyptian, Faberge and modern all at once.  Never again huh?  I'll try it...do you have a pattern...but I doubt I'll do get anything as beautiful as this!

How cool is that! I was just at my Uncle's wedding on the 16th and the bride had these made for all the corsages to be attached to. I don't know who made them or where she bought them from though.

I was sitting with my grandma and I picked hers up and examined it. I just think it's so neat to see someone else doing them!

Anyway on to yours! I also love the color combo you used, very beautiful! Love the gold with aquas, something I can't seem to do for some reason. Always want to use silver and the gold looks so great with it. Since I got to examine this up close and personal I had planned on trying it. Now you just gave me a kick in the rear to do it!

    Great work Jeannie!

Jeanie, that is absolutely gorgeous! It looks like you really took some time to make it all work out...and so well worth it!

I had to laugh when I read you wrote, "...and will be the last!"....give it time...lol! With every well done idea, the bug bites again!!!

THanks everyone, but the best part is it has inspired some of you.  It took me two weeks to complete, but it may not take you guys that long.  I just put it on my website yesterday but I made it a year ago.  Why, not sure, maybe the hard time it gave me.

Pam I don't have a pattern, I'm a fly by the seat of your pants kind of girl on this one.  3 sections  of  7 wire stands of different size seed beads.  Start from the bottom and work up, attach all the wire first to one side, add seed beads, separate by same size seed bead and color.  I would suggest a color palette of three.  But be warned, you will have seed bead flying through the air.  Memory wire is very unforgiving.  If you start one and need help, please contact me.

    Creatively yours, jeannie
