I'm new to this. Have made a few wrap bracelets from kits and would like to try a few simple things on my own but don't know much about cords and threads.  What is the difference between C-lon and S-lon?  Thanks!

Hi Judy,

They are the same product, just different names/makers.

Hi Debbie and Judy,

I was curious about that, too, so I asked my good friend Denise Bush, owner of Off the Beading Path, a lovely little LBS in Occoquon, VA.  Perhaps it is a matter of personal preference, however, she mentioned to me that S-lon is a ripoff of C-lon, and that C-lon is the superior of the two.  I've used both, and I have to say, I think Denise may be right.  I rather prefer the C-lon to the S-lon myself.  I think it's a stronger thread.  As I stated Previously, though, it's probably a matter of personal preference.  Some of us here would rather work with Fireline; others like the Wildfire. I don't believe C-lon is any more expensive.  What's your preference?
