Contacting the subscriptions department at Beadwork.

Can anybody help, please. I have used the Contact us form on the beadwork site twice,  2 weeks have passed and I haven't had a reply.  I want to renew my subscription, and can't do it via the website for some reason.

By any chance did you fill out this form ?

It looks like their subscriptions are handled by Interweave.

Sorry I can't help you there. Was the "contact us" on the subscription site? If you used the one form this site Beading Daily, you may not be reaching the correct people. And be careful, make sure you are ordering directly from Interweave. I have heard horror stories from those that ordered, thinking it was Interweave and ended up with a third party seller, that sent the wrong magazines, and some never received their subscription at all.  If you live near where they sell the magazines, go there and in the magazines, they have the little cards to mail off to renew. They are usually loose, and generally fall out, snatch one and mail it off. Or if there is a bead store near you, and they carry the magazine, ask them if you could have one of the many cards that fall out.
