I had seen an idea in a store that I used on a blazer and get many, many compliments. I drew a LARGE open filigree patter and then cover it with seeds and sequins. Every sequin is held on with a matching color seed beed. The blazer is made of tan suede, and the sequins and beads are brown. Perhaps similar work on the bodice of a gown and matching sheer shawl on the edges?
It all depends on what kind of dress u want to match.
