I haven't found any like it that are small enough.....so far.....

The closes I've seen are 1" diameter, 25mm.......sold as binder rings.    There are some bails that are similar, but not quite.....

I found something similar at Fire Mountain Gems while doing a clasp search. Look up these items numbers...H20-A4087FN, H20-A4086FN & H20-A4084FN

That looks like the exact hing, but with jump rings.  Wonder why they are so  pricy?  I ended up buying clip on bails.   Kind of odd shape....the size is 11x4mm....but they will do what I want.  I would have really liked round, but the budget is tighhhhhhttttttttt!
