Another Deborah Roberti pattern. This one is called Sixpence Bracelet. It may not look it in the photo but it is very light and dainty.
oooh this very delicate! Beautiful work ;)
Thank you, Lisa!
Thanks Maxine, it is much shinnier than it appears in the pic.
Shinnier? Is that a word??? It sparkles more than it looks in the picture. Ha!
Snort............well, had it been me, I'd have either spelled it shinier? or changed the whole sentence around to avoid debating...........more shiny? I find myself in the predicament of "inventing" new words all the time. With me I think it is a sign of age (not wisdom) but I certainly knew what you were meaning to say.........LOL. Donna
LOL! Only you......
Forgot totally to mention that I really like it, it is sweet..........now I'd be making it in orange or coral or something strange like that, but it is truly sweet in blue. Are all Deborah Roberti patterns in that feminine vein? Sort of like some of the designers from the magazines, you know from the creator that it will be their "specialty"......like crystals, pearls, feminine, or chunky. Donna
Thanks Donna, no I don't think her stuff is real feminine, tho this piece seems to be. She does a lot with crystals. She also has a lot of free patterns. Go look, you might see something you like. The patterns are REAL easy to follow. I love her patterns. Around the beading table is the web site, google it.
First time to know about Deborah Roberti pattern! Search the pattern on google, tey are magical! Sixpence Bracelet, nice name, it it related with the famous book The Moon
and Sixpence? Thought it is a loaded name...
Nice work. Definitely a sweet little bracelet.
Thanks Judy, it was kinda fun to make too, because you make the medallions one at a time - then hook them together.
