Those cabs are so pretty!  Some of them look like they might be Kazuri, like the three at the top.  Kazuris are really beautiful.  I'm fortunate to have found an LBS in N. Virginia that carries Kazuri for a decent price, as I won't order them online for fear of getting fakes......unless someone knows a site that is absolutely, 100% trustworthy, & doesn't grossly overcharge?

Niwas:  My favorite is the one in the middle (tricolor -- purple, orange, blue); then there's the one to the left, the yellow one above, the .......          Never mind, they're all beautiful.  Will make lovely pieces.  Thanks for sharing.

I´m wery fortunate to have the opportunity that my beading friends with glass owens and skills give me. I Told the women who made theese what kind of glass cabochon shape and what colours I wanted and she made me some to choose from .
they were all so beautiful, I wanted one and ended up ordering 5, and she sent 10 .

Thank you for the link about Kazuri, I shall google and see if i can find some pictures with Kazuri beads- sounded really intresting, not that I can afford any but i can watch

I got 3 more friends making theese kind of cabochon and I bet I will end up ordering from them all,they all have there own style and genre in how there pieces look.

Hmmm.....thought I explained Kazuri on this thread, Nina, but must be another one.  At any rate, the only way I'm able to afford Kazuri is by going to a licensed dealer.  Anyone else will either try to sell you a fake or rip you off.  How nice that your glassworks friend custom designed those for you!  Okay, now I'm envious!(g)

Niwas, your cabochons and pendant necklaces are so sweet! I am purple lover as well, thanks for sharing the purple cabochon matched with subtly desingned necklace, it is great, the beaded one is very exquisite as well. Wanna what kind of shapes other cabochons would be used in the designing progress, just keeo waiting for their change! ! Thanks for the share!
