Sometimes you just get lucky to find something rare and special. At least I think these glass chili-peppers are because I never saw them before. I found them in a little shop in a plastic crate with all kinds of stuff.
Greetings from Karin.

Karin, these chili-peppers are so cute on the necklace! In fact we have many real chili-peppers in our vegetable garden in my hometown, they are growing in greenhouse right now due to the cold weather, I'd like to have a check on them everyday when in my home town!! In fact your design is more rare and special than those pepper, it is your design that make the peppers more vivid from my personal point of view! I love it!!

They're cute! I don't recall seeing those, either. Carrots, yes, but not peppers. The necklace is adorable, whimsical. It made me smile the minute I saw it. You should model it, Karin!

Thanks for your comments everybody.
@Caroline: don't you love the bright red of the peppers? Like Val I love red but red beads are rare. It's a difficult color. Red seadbeeds loose their color very easily. But with glass there's no problem apparently.
@Val: what do you mean, model it?
Wow!, This is just Awesome. I love it! I searched for a long time to find a strand or Ristra of these little glass beauties. I found two strands in a LBS. haven't seen them since. They hang in my living room.
(were close to Hatch,NM I hear its the 'Chili Pepper Capital of the world".)

Wonderful! I saw those chili's before and loved them, couldn't come up with anything to do with them. Oh how clever and imaginative you are
Love the chili peppers! and your design! My husband loves chili peppers (eating & Christmas lights ). Are there enough left to make earrings or a bracelet? Could they be used as charms? Thanks for sharing.

The necklace looks delicate. The chili-peppers are so cute. I think it will be more beautiful, when it wears on the neck.

This is fabulous! I've seen chili pepper beads, but they've always been great big thinks. I love the way you've used them.
