Hey, everyone!!

Just like all of you guys, I'm also a jewelry making lover.

I posted the website pandahall on the forum, sometimes, when I see beautiful hand making pictures, then I share with you guys.

Then many people begin to suspect me, they think I'm a spammer.

I'm really a pandahall consumer, I like their products, then I share with you.

When you make good works, you also share them here, is there a difference?

So what should I do? How to solve this problem?

I guess everybody wanna a nice stay here.

The difference here, is that we have made the items ourselves, if you make a piece and share it that is a little different. You see according to our rules and guidelines, any picture you share must be yours to share. By copying a picture and pasting it here, you have broken a rule because that picture does not belong to you. It is by law copyrighted, and by posting it here without the permission of the person that owns that picture, you are breaking the not only our rules but the copyright law itself.

So please, understand the stand, that must be taken here with this sort of thing. If you make the piece and post a picture of it here, and it is not your design you need to give credit to the designer. It's like I posted a picture today of one of my pieces of work. It is my design, my picture and I am legally able to do what I want with that picture. However if you see it and want to put it, say in your blog and do so without my permission, you have violated the copyright laws and could end up in court.  Do you understand what I am saying here? If you post someones else's stuff, you must have permission to do so. It's not only our rules, it's the law.

I hope this has helped clear up some of your confusion.

Happy Beading!!

Jewelrymaking11:  I think Sue gave you the best answer about copyrighting.  I would be upset if someone took my work and posted it as their own.  I'd like to see your work.  Think about it.

For more information, please take a moment, and read the thread 'Beading Daily Guidelines' (located in Forums > Community Center > Beading Daily Community Guidelines > Beading Daily Guidelines ).  I reread this myself on occasion for guidance.  May be this will help you, too.  If you don't understand something -- ask.  We all share a love of creating and as a community, we help each other.  I hope this helps you.
