can't tell the size by the picture, but they could be many different things.  They could be bullet casings, or even small pieces of brass tubing, Those two things came to mind right away.

Sue, good guesses and both could be right. Also, there have been some tubes offered in the bead mags that you cover with a small piece of cloth.........like patterned silk...........to make beads out of. The tubes in that bracelet look like they have finished ends. So if they are brass tubing someone took the time to round and smooth the ends, time consuming. There were some others offered in the past that looked almost like a little bobbin and you could fit a small patch of beadwork around them. Check both the bead mags......... I still can't see straight or I'd look. Maybe Designer Findings?

It is a nice looking bracelet, something I'd wear as it would be amusing. Donna

It seems like bullet casings. You may be clear from the pictures.
