I made a floating bead necklace (sort of) on a really thin---1mm--- chain. There are no holes in this chain where I can connect jump rings or clasps. How the heck can I finish this?
PS I have on end on my finger, one is on the paper....cell phone pic, I hope you can tell....
Oh....I tried a cord end---the folding metal one----but the chain is so thin, it looks totlly gawky----way oversized
Windy......... ok, the smallest cord end I can find is in Fire Mtn. and it is 4 x 1mm tube type and that should be right for your 1mm chain. Look up Fire Mtn #H20-4767FD. FMG says glue optional, I say glue mandatory. Hope this is what you need. I haven't done this sort of jewelry construction in ages, and all the new wires and cords are much nicer and thinner too....... Donna
that's lots smaller than what I found at Michaels! Thank you!!!
W: glad to help you out (the evil Donna just whispered in my ear "which way did you come in?".....and if you aren't ancient or a fan of ancient comedians...........well never mind) D.
