my favorite color too!
Well......my absolute favorite color of colors is actually red, but....purple's a pretty close second, mostly 'cos it looks so good on me! (lol)
Your bracelet is so shining. Is it purple? How do you make it? How to make such a bracelet into such a width and how to make the big crystal stone embed the bead chain? I think I have been interested in your bracelet.
Very pretty!

the beads used were purple and white. and of course, blue around the cabachon. the bracelet was made using flat peyote stitch with hex beads. the cabachon was attached using more flat peyote and using smaller beads as it goes up the side to draw it in and hold it down. the cabachon was finally attached to the bracelet. took a lot of work, but another has been started and it's moving much much faster now.
Very nice! I really like that you can see trough the stone! Gives it a nice effect :)
Have a lovely beading day,

Kudos! How long did it take you?
I love beading! Visit my shop for european supplies. http://www.etsy.com/shop/KanaansKorner
about six hours. made another round on the cab because it just didn't seem secure enough
thanks! i used purple and white hex beads and stitched a flat peyote. the cab is about 1.5 inches high and 3/4 inch wide. it was actually a pendant and i cut off the loop for a chain. i sewed the cab directly on to the bracelet. more peyote type stiches. that was probably the most difficult part.
So pretty and shiny. My favorite purple color.
