Ok, simple as that.
What do you think?

And boy, did I party!!
This little baby around my neck. But I have to disappoint you Val, the crystals are no crystals, but Cathedral Beads. Very nice ones, too, but I haven´t yet found a project for them. Jeez, I am making far too many pieces. My house gets swamped with jewlery. Good hubby though, doesn´t complain.....much.
Last time I counted them all, I think I had 225 necklaces and bracelets. But that was a long time ago.
I slept, because I had to cantor at Mass this morning. I have Holy Hour on Thursday, and I'm cantoring on Sunday for the Feast of the Epiphany, so if anybody wants me, I'll be in church, as usual!(g) Once the Christmas season ends after next week, I may be able to sit down and do some more beadwork again. It's just Christmas is a very busy time of year for me, church-wise. God gets my time first; everything else, later.
Oh, they're cathedral beads! Well they're still red, so I still like 'em!(lol)
Happy New Year everybody!!!
In fact , I don't think it is easy to make the bracelet (I'm not sure whether it is a necklace). So many small beads, it is difficult to finish it ,what a time-consuming job! I like the colors- red and black though I think the necklace looks a little old for me.
SeaBeads:It's lovely, Ingrid. I just had a look at your Etsy shop and truly love the necklaces you did. Those collarlike necklaces are fantastic. Please tell me if I'm wrong but I think you're very much inspired by Saraguro beadwork. Greetings from Karin.
Thank you very much. Yes, the two necklaces in my Etsy shop are truly inspired by Saraguro beadwork. Absolutely. I have been thinking about putting in some different pieces, but it takes so much time to add all pictures and information.
Thanks very much for your nice comment Karin.
