HI there! I am not sure if this is the section that I can ask this, but you can let me know if it isn't. I am very new at beading...You will know this by my very basic, 'baby step' question. I am making beaded stretch bracelets with my daughter. I just picked up 'any ol' stretch cord at the store. Now I am wondering: WHAT type of stretch cord is the best to use? After enjoying this so much, I want to make sure that we use a decent type so that we don't lose our beads easily. I thought if I get some input, I will specifically look for the suggested ones when I go out again.

As far as I am concerned, a LYCRA product is the best, tied with a surgeon's knot and a drop of Hypo cement
