I found 10/0 3-cut charlottes. I dont know the size differences. I wanted to use an 11/0 seed bead in the necklace, but charlottes would make it so much more beautiful. I saw online a 10/0 3-cut charlotte. Is there a major size difference, or will the charlottes just be a tad bigger?

In my experience, I have found charlottes to to run just a bit smaller than the regular seed beads. For instance, if you compare a size 11/0 seed to a 11./0 charloette you find the 11/0 seeds to be slightly larger, therefore I believe a 10/0 will be about the same size as a 11/0 seed. This is my belief, right or wrong I can't prove, but I hope this helps just a little.
