July 29, I bought a subscription to your magazines and it immediately paid, so far I have not received any of the magazine and I can not get an answer in your service. Many times I was writing queries and never received a response. I also contacted to your page on Facebook. When you send me my issue? Why I do not see the Tracking numbers?

I'm not sure if this will help you or not. But go up to the purple banner and click on magazines then click on the magazine you ordered then in the upper right hand of the top corner you will see My account click on that and it will ask if you are a new member or for your account information. I have never used this myself so I'm not exactly sure what information you will need.

You might try that and see if you get a more immediate response.
