Hi everyoneBig Smile

I've posted my question in the chat section, but I've decided to ask here too in case some of you don't go there and see my question.  I have decided to teach myself bead quilling and I did the first two rows with no problems.  When I do the third row, the top beads shift over and the stacks aren't straight up and down.  I've tried to find videos on how to do it, but nothing.  Can someone please help me.  I used nymo (don't know the size) and #11 dellcas.  I'm attaching a couple of pics of my beads.

Thank you sooo much!

Lucia, in quilling the holes face towards you. The beads are square stitched together in a single or double row and then applied to the base with the holes showing.

Looks like what you are doing is ladder stitch and it is turning into brick stitch. Where did you find the directions you are using...........that way we can all help you out more. Donna

Hi Donna,

I finally got it figured out.  I got the directions from Kathy's book.  Can't remember her last name.  I was stitching it the wrong way.  But thanks for your reply.  Already did two pieces for my project.  I'll post a pic of it when I'm done.
