My piece inspired by kurbits, a way of painting in sweden.
This piece made me swear,blead and some tears but finlly finished, now my finger need a rest

well this time it happended to be grenn two times in a row. Next piece is Surprise ........

oo instructions ehhhh.
I simply do as it comes, experimenting

I made a simple sketch to make sure that the kurbits were going to be transfered to peaarls & beading. Sketched it on to the fabric and filled it with the beaad & colours i wanted.
this i s the sketch I made. (simpele yes)
The black leather is the sprout on top of the flowers

Here is two example of where I actually painted.
The yellow is an OLD paintingwith Kurbitsar that have become ugly in the storage but you still can see how it looks.
The red is a plate i painted for christmas candy some tears ago. a quick translat for this is rose painting

Looks like all the pain was worth it.   Nice piece.

I like seeing how you went from design concept to completed piece.

Is that stone in the middle Red Creek Jasper or carnelian?  Love both!

Its mahogony obsidian in the middle, if its an other name in english i don´t know.

I have no idea what mahogony obsidian is, it said so where i ordered it.
But i really like the look and that is whats important
