Newest Beaded Bracelets

I have 3 more beaded kumihimo bracelets I put together over the weekend.  This time, one is done with my own hand dyed red silk cord/string and beads and one is done with hand dyed satin cord and beads.  The third one is done with frosted magatama beads.

These are really pretty Debbie - I especially like the one with the frosted magatamas.  Kumihimo is on the (long) list of things I want to learn to do.  I use magatama beads a lot in memory wire bracelets - I like the movement it gives the bracelet.

Debbie, I love all of them, however the red/blue one made me howl out loud, needless to say both big dogs came running to see what was "afoot" in the bead cave. These are lovely, keep posting them, they are an inspiration. Donna

hmmmm, haven't tried kumi with mags yet--another item on the "to do" list! Those are simply beautiful pieces!

Ricki, you're so right about the mags giving any piece alot of movement.  Any way you direct them. 

Shrinkabeads, I have so many of these bracelets now with LOTS of color combo's and more on the way !  I have so many ideas in my head with types & colors of beads, cords, etc, etc. 

Donna, that is so funny that you howled !  I hope that was a good howl !  lol ! 

Val, alot of the bracelets I'm making are being donated to a local hospitals gift shop.  Sorry but I'm sure you would agree that it's a good cause to help our local hospitals if we can.  :)    I just gotta make up my mind which ones and get them over there.  :) 

To all of you that want to try kumihimo - please do.  It's so much fun, easy to do and even adding the beads is easy.  :)  I"ve been doing kumihimo for a long time and I've never gotten tired of it.  I just have to put it away sometimes because even though I love making the braids, I don't know what to do with all of them.  lol !
