Hey everyone!

I had an idea that I thought would be neat - I created a promotional blog for my jewelry. I think the marketing ploy is fairly obvious, but I must say that it is fun! And it features some of my best pieces to date (I'm fairly new -- only been beading a few months!)

Any feedback or criticism of layout, colors, tactics, or anything else at all is welcome and appreciated!

That's cute, Em!

Nothing wrong with shamelessly plugging yourself. I plan on doing it myself through one of my blogs as soon as I get my store up and running, health permitting.  I've been in the wonks again since Sunday evening, and it can't be anything I've eaten, because I haven't eaten anything!Crying  Oh well, must keep plodding along.

Your choices of inspiration were quite sly!Wink  I recognise the Loki fellow from Thor(btw, Thor II coming out next year), however, I'm sorry to say I don't recognise the other yummies.  Any clues?

Emily, My only problem with your blog was reading the light text in small font against the medium colored background. It is subtle and cool, but not enough contrast of size. Especially the print under the photos........waaaay too small if you have any sort of decent resolution on your computer. Otherwise, I like your marketing idea which is common for beaders as a blog can gather more people and followers faster than a web site. You go girl. Donna

Fun blog! Welcome to the world of blogging!

I must admit, my blog is my pride n' joy, it is absolutely my most favorite way to market and network on the web!

Well, the FIRST one was in a movie with the SECOND one, and the SECOND one was in a movie with Loki. Does that help? ;)

LOL!  Not really; so that means I'm going to have to hie myself off to IMdB to get to the bottom of this.  Tally-ho! (Neither one of them was Chris Hemsworth, were they?)

None were Chris Hemsworth, but he was in the movie along with #2 and Loki

(further hint: #2's first name is Chris as well :-P)

(clarification: when I say #2, I mean #2 from the bottom, not from the top ^_^)

Here comes clue #2

The movie that #1 and #2 were in together is Captain America. (That should help move that one along, haha :P )

Er....nope, 'cos sadly I haven't seen Captain America.  I know the guy who played Cap, just can't remember his name.  Haven't seen The Avengers yet, either.  I'm so bummed that Edward Norton didn't reprise his role as the Hulk.  Not that I have anything against Ruffalo, it's just Norton's so much more believable as unassuming Bruce Banner.  Thought it was cool they gave Lou Ferrigno a cameo in Norton's Hulk movie.  He's aged well.  Pity Bixby passed away so many years ago from cancer.

Clue #3?(lol)
