Oh, beautiful!  And I love cameos, so your focal piece is breathtaking.  Nicely done!

Well done! Very neat. I'm still trying to find my feet with bead embroidery - am a bit scared of it somehow!

Love both your choices of focal stone.

They are very pretty. Ive never tried embroidery.. how do you do you like it compares to bead weaving stand alone bezels where you stich through other beads as opposed to stitching through a backing?

Bead embrodery is much different for the first couple of rows as those are the ones you stitch through the backing (Lacy's Stiff Stuff or better yet Nicole's Beadbacking which comes in colors). I find bezeling a cab with embroidery is much easier for me than bead stitching a rim.....but that is me. I have pretty stiff fingers and always have, so holding a separate beaded piece is much harder then holding a glued down cab and piece of backing. (I also cuss a lot for the first few rows of brick or peyote until I have enough to grab a hold of) A whole bracelet that is bead embroidered is great fun and they are usually freeform and look awesome when done. Thank you so muck for you´r kind words regarding my first embroidery I really appreciate it Big Smile

actually i prefer embroidery because i can´t seem to get bead weaving correct, it doesn´t like meAngel Wink
I think bead weaving like herringbone, spiral stitch, tubular peyote et.c is really difficult, especially in the beginning.
I really want it to work, but so far it´s not. but i aint going to stop trying.

I think embroidery  stitching through backing is really fun and i hope to become really good at it,
I like the fact that I can make almost any shape, form, use as many colours as I want as long as it looks goodBig Smile

I do recommend trying if you are curious

Hope you all are having a great day.
