Hi everyone
I'M DONE DONE DONE DONE THE HUGE WEDDING PEYOTE PROJECT. - well almost have 3 more border rows to do.
I won't be posting a pic until we get back from the 5 day celebration camping, visiting, open house, dance etc. etc. etc.
We are leaving tomorrow morning - 3 hours away from where we live to celebrate back home.

A little better story and HELP Please
UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE on my huge peyote project.Crunch time big time.I'M VERY HAPPY TO REPORT - I can say I have it done done done done done so tospeak. I have 3 border left to do inbetween and inbetrixed. We are leavingtomorrow to the Hall where we are camping and celebrating which is 3 hours awayfrom where we live.So hence the inbetween and inbetrixed.QUESTION: Do you have any suggestions on how to attach it to a board or foamboard or something so it can be displayed upright instead of laying down. Looking at it at a distance upright would be the ultimate goal.HELP Please - gotta any quick idea of how to do that. Its huge and looks wonderful - other than I made an error an inch from thebottom - how in the heck I did that I have no idea - don't have time to fix thatat the moment - not sure how i'm going to remove about 30 to 40 beads - gottaany ideas there to? this could be not a very fun job.The pressure and all I'm so wound up with everything holy moly.hope to hear from all of you wonderful beaders a.s.a.p. with a quick idea of howto attach the pic to display upright.HUBBY STILL DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS - so I accomplished as very big task insecret - the hardest thing I have ever done. LOL!sorry for rambling.Kathy
Kathy, if it is to be a temporary attachment..............get some of those big honkin' T-pins (wig pins, macrame pins........) and put them inbetween beads along the top rows............lots of pins will be needed to hold this monster project up.
Did I mention that we are all probably sooooo proud of you for tackling and sticking to it. And, yes, we will need pictures after the event, preferably one of you and hubby standing beside it. Donna
Thanks Donna
I'm offically DONE DONE DONE DONE THE PROJECT AS OF NOW.
Got the 3 rows of the border complete. I see I actually have 2 different areas that are not right - will deal with that after the celebration - once I figure out how. LOL!
So it is:
19" wide x 20 1/4" in length
weight - not sure
113,552 beads in this project.
100 colors
YAY!!! Congratulations!
I still say you're crazy.. But I'm so pleased that you got it finished!
Has the hubby seen it yet?

Kathy,
Welcome to the next level of beading, . Where you are more sure of what you can accomplish.
When you are ready to fix your little error, just let me know and I will talk you through an easy way to fix it without removing more than the bead that is wrong.
So very proud of you. I remember that at the beginning, you had a few doubts, and now here you are finished and so very proud, as you should be. I am sure in the future you will be one of the many to help the next person that will take on such a huge task. Congratulations on huge accomplishment.
Happy Beading
Happy Beading!!
