I think I must have fallen into a different time. I love all things from the early 1900's, even the 1890's. It's the designs of that era that inspire me so much. I have discovered the beauty of mixing seed beading with Victorian filigree and stampings. Here's one that I call Bleeding Heart. It's a winged heart with a bezel stitch Peyote around a Siam Rivoli and Czech crystal drops flowing down the heart.
I enjoyed making it so much, I turned it into a beaded jewelry kit for others to enjoy. Designing beautiful jewelry from this era is my passion. And I love to share them with others. Does anyone else like mixing vintage styles with seed beading?
I saw some great artificial vintage pieces at http://www.artificialjewellery.net
