One for day, for all February.

This is my personal challenge, started days ago. I'm excited to stretching my abilities, my fantasy and my skills for this event, published on my blog.

I desire to share with You the best of my earrings, one couple that I truly love.

Lovely, Moni!  You get "extra points" for using mixed media.  Wink

I think it is wonderful that you are challenging yourself this way--and sharing it with us.  I will try to check your progress on your blog, but do keep up updated here.  I look forward to seeing what you make for your very own earring challenge.

Thank You. You've encouraged me, so I post all my pics of my personal challenge. I've discovered that also if I have a big increase on the visit on my blog, no one sign to follow, so I suppose this is not the right strategy. Maybe if I post tutorial... But my english is so poor that I feel too embarassed.

Day 03, oooh finally I feel I'm on the right way. They are simple, but beautiful. I love the detail fo the blue little ring that match the colour of the glass beads!

Day 04, I stop mentally judging myself and starting to have fun. Yet this earrings are not so well done, the fringe covered the hematite hearth, and are not so uniform, but I like anyways.

Day 05.

This pair is a despair to make. The base is square-stitched, with embellishment of little glass flower.

You are doing a lovely job on all the earrings! I really like the day 5 earrings. I'm working on a

fairly large (for me anyway) square stitch project that I hope to share by the weekend. Looking

forward to seeing your next batch of earrings!

Around a year ago, I started thinking to a very big project on my loom, a large pattern designed to cover a window, by DMC. Then I started thinking the difficulties: can, my piece, don't sag with the time? It's very heavy, and I don't have experience on this type of work, I create, abitually, jewerly and purse. So, I started thinking instead of doing it in square stitch. But I never get satisfied wwith my try. Ever, ever, the strip of square stitch don't stay flat, but curve!

So, for the moment, my eye open dream have to wait.

And I make earrings like a crazy :-)

Voilà, day 09. Sun Bonnet, from a Bead & Button pattern.
