I made these super simple bangle bracelets using some materials that I've had on hand for about a year now. They are a lot of fun to make and they are great gifts! I've put all the instructions up for free on my blog if you'd like to know how: http://labellajoya.blogspot.com/2012/01/woven-and-wrapped-bracelet-free.html

Thanks Marcie! This looks like a fun project to try. I've already got all kinds of ideas in my head I want to try with this :-)

Those turned out really cute! I bookmarked the tutorial, I have some old bangles that are tarnished or marked up and this would be perfect to put some use back into them! I've never heard of this memory thread though.....where would I get it? Thanks so much for taking the time to create and share such a well thought out design and tutorial.
Sharon
Hi Sharon!
I found the memory thread at my local A.C. Moore, but you have to look in the cross stitch thread section, not the jewelry making section. I hope that helps!

Cute bracelets Marcie. I pinned it so it's on one of my Pintrest boards. :)

I am just catching up on BD. I love these Bangles! Our local Dollar Tree has sets of thin bangles for a Dollar.. I think, these would be neat to recycle into your Bangles,
Thanks, for sharing the phot and the Tutorial.
